Notice for Requirements for Investments in International and Specialized Restaurants

In accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 84/2003 (as amended), restaurants, with the exception of international and specialized restaurants, are exclusively reserved for domestic investors.

Unlike ordinary restaurants, international and specialized restaurants prepare internationally recognized or country specific meals and can provide high profile guests with quality services, have their own or rented premises with sufficient car parking facilities and should be star rated.

Accordingly, we would like to let all concerned foreign investors know that restaurants that can not meet the above mentioned requirements will not be considered as international and specialized restaurants and be issued with investment permits.
